Not much much to be said about how much better this cd sounds than the 2009 remaster, because they sound about the same to me, excellent. Just listen the The Drum intro on Sgt Pepper's reprise, Or Ringo's drum solo in A Little Help!! Wow! Vocals have bee moved to t he middle - everything has more depth.Having said that - you may want to back off the volume as this is loud.I do believe that the Guitars in The Opening track are slightly "Bright".However this is a minor issue.Overall I am still in awe.Fab, Fab, Fab!!!! Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, a groundbreaking masterwork that became popular music's most universally acclaimed album. The album is newly mixed by Giles Martin and engineer Sam Okell in stereo, sourced directly from the four-track masters at Abbey Road Studios in London, and guided by the original, Beatles-preferred mono mix produced by his father, George Martin. The second CD also includes a new stereo mix and a previously unreleased instrumental take of 'Penny Lane,' and the 2015 stereo mix and two previously unreleased alternate takes of 'Strawberry Fields Forever.' 2017 release, the 50th Anniversary remixed and remastered edition of one of rock music's most influential albums. Deluxe two CD edition featuring the new stereo album mix on the first CD and adds a second CD of 18 tracks, including previously unreleased alternate takes of each of the album's 13 songs, newly mixed in stereo and sequenced in the same order as the album.
